16th Birthday gifts idea for a best friend?

Author: My best friend moved away a few years ago, making birthdays and holidays difficult to exchange gifts… We’ve done our best, but her sixteenth birthday is on thursday. Even though she is not seeing as a big deal, I’d like to do my best to make it special… I was thinking of sending kind of like a care package type thing? But don’t know what to put in it…. Any ideas?

You could get her a camcorder? And film yourself doing stuff for her? (Singing happy birthday, etc)
Or if that’s too much money, get her random things that she likes.
For example, if she likes: Candy: poprocks, skittles, snickers, etc. A certain soda or drink, a stuffed animal of her favorite animal, a homemade friendship bracelet, etc. (:
