You could get her a camcorder? And film yourself doing stuff for her? (Singing happy birthday, etc)
Or if that’s too much money, get her random things that she likes.
For example, if she likes: Candy: poprocks, skittles, snickers, etc. A certain soda or drink, a stuffed animal of her favorite animal, a homemade friendship bracelet, etc. (:

16 photos of you guys, either together or apart, each with a memory or favorite song or quote as a caption.
a build a bear or something soft, blanket, pj pants, something like that.
her favorite candy.
and a burnt mix-cd.

that’s really personalized and ADORABLE! if someone gave me that i’d be thrilled. it’s your best friend, so it’s all about the memories.

You know him and how your relationship is. I think that it is fine.

Or maybe even a picture or a colliage of pictures of the two of you together. That way you won’t fell so pressured or concerned with the thoughts of him thinking that you are full of yourself.

i think that it’ll be a good idea. but like everyone else said.. not a head shot. a picture of him and you would look cute. another idea would be to take studio pictures then get the two of you’s favorite picture blow it up to an 8×10 then get it framed with one that you can decorate it around with like memories between you two or little quotes.. or maybe even like old ticket stubs, glitter. you get what i mean. personalize the frame so its something to look at and remember everytime he looks at it he’ll remember.

I think it sounds very thoughtful and sweet. I know the feeling of only being able to see a bf on weekends. My friends in college were always asking to see a picture of him, but he was camera-shy. (I dumped him, but that’s another matter.)

Maybe take a picture of you both and put it in a frame..I did that for Christmas and my b/f loved it!!
